Dear delegate, please be aware of as of Thursday 23 May, in order to complete your registration you will need to pay your registration fee with a credit card.

If you don’t have the possibility to pay with credit card you will need to register and pay onsite, the onsite fee will then be applied.

*To benefit from the fees for members please pay your membership fee prior registration and indicate your membership number in the online registration. If you have not paid your membership fee please login to the Members Area on www.eaaci.org (My Membership -> Finance).

**Please note that an additional onsite fee will apply if you choose to register onsite, EUR 20 for EAACI members and EUR 25 for non-members.

The Registration Fee for Delegates Includes:
• Admission to the Congress and the Exhibition
• Congress documentation
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
Delegates who do not want to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception will benefit from a reduced registration fee of EUR 25 when making the online registration.

EAACI Members
EAACI members receive a discount of 25% on the registration fee. Please note that your membership must be fully paid up in order to benefit from the reduced registration fee. For more information about the EAACI membership click here.

Student Registration
PhD students, MD students or fellows in training, under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted to eaaci-wao2013registration@congrex.com directly after submitting the registration.

Patient Organisations Workshop Registration
The Patient Organisations Workshop on 24 June addresses patients and all Congress delegates wishing to attend. In order to register for the “Patient Organisations Workshop only fee” and the “reduced Congress fee”, a membership certificate from a patient organisation must be submitted to eaaci-wao2013registration@congrex.com directly after submitting the registration.

Pre-registration required for all participants who register for the “Patient Organisations Workshop only fee” and the “reduced Congress fee”.

Please note that neither the “Patient Organisations Workshop registration only fee”, nor the “reduced Congress fee”, entitle patients to enter the Exhibition area.

Italian National Programme
The Italian National Programme on 22 June addresses Italian doctors and scientists.
Pre-registration required.

Nurses Programme Registration
The Nurses Programme on 22 June is for nurses by nurses. The nurse status must be certified by a Head of Hospital and must be submitted to eaaci-wao2013registration@congrex.com directly after submitting the registration.

Primary Care Symposium Registration
The Primary Care Symposium on 22 June addresses primary care physicians.
Pre-registration required.

Postgraduate Courses
Postgraduate Courses (PGC) will be held 22 June 2013. The cost is EUR 80, reduced to EUR 60 for EAACI and WAO Junior/Affiliate members and students.

Meet the Experts
Meet the Expert (MTE) sessions will be available during the Congress. The cost is EUR 35 per session, reduced to EUR 20 for EAACI and WAO Junior/Affiliate members and students.
The sessions include breakfast.

Group Registrations
Group registrations will be offered to groups of 20 persons or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for early pick-up of the Congress material can be made for pre-registered groups. Please contact eaaci-wao2013registration@congrex.com for information regarding group registration.

Name Changes
If you are not able to attend the Congress and you are substituted by a colleague, an administrative fee of EUR 60 will be charged.
